Josh was a superstar. Extremely thorough and took pictures of everything. He even came back the next day to inspect the attic due to the current owner sealing it shut. Incredible work ethic, extremely punctual and high quality product. Would highly recommend them for anyone in the area purchasing a home. They offer termite inspections and also inspect everything an electrical inspector would check.
